Irina Kiel is the founder of RushSmiles. She has a strong financial background and over 20 years of business experience with companies in the US and abroad. During this time she demonstrated success in accounting; financial planning and analysis; improving operational procedures; coordinating efforts between business areas and IT departments; and leading teams for both small and large companies.
Before her current role as a consultant in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, financial analysis, and modeling, she founded and ran a web service for the on-line retail industry; and organized and maintained all company accounting, controlling and reporting systems and supervised all other financial matters.
Prior to that point, she worked at the AIG Life Insurance Company for several years, where she was promoted multiple times, serving as a business analyst, financial planning & analyses manager, and operations manager, eventually managing a staff of 20 specialists. She was responsible for leading complex commissions calculations, financial planning and analyses, budget preparation, reporting of budget achievements, and other financial matters.
She has an MBA degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA with focus and experience in accounting through her work with their Accounting department.
She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor® Program Member (Online Advanced & Payroll), a member of American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and Digital Bookkeeper Association.
